Short-term support contracts

PC Consultants offers flexible short-term support contracts which can save you money, and which can be customized to fit your individual needs. For example, if your company is using network and other support time at an average rate of 10 hours a month, you may wish to contract with PCCW for 100 hours of service at a reduced rate. Whatever number of hours you purchase, that number is like a bank account of service hours that you can draw upon as needed, with no expiration date. Plus, you will receive a cheaper hourly rate, depending on the type of service, time of day, number of total hours contracted, etc.

Long-term support contracts

PC Consultants also offers longer-term support contracts which are usually based on a regular period, typically by the month. These on-going service agreements provide the peace of mind of having your own IT department on call, at a much lower total cost.
