Terms
of a typical long-term Service Agreement:
This
agreement provides for the following services:
IT
Planning
PC Consultants will provide a summary report each month
of suggestions and comments on how you could improve
your technology usage.
Phone
Support
Unlimited telephone support will be provided with an
initial call back guaranteed within 2 working hours.
Phone support available during service hours.
Terminal
Services Support
Server support by PC Consultants online through terminal
services support. Remote support features many of the
advantages of on-site support while offering a faster
response time.
On-site
Support
PC Consultants will provide on-site support if Telephone
and Terminal Services have failed. PC Consultants will
have someone out at your business within 24 hours of
the service call.
Server
Support
· File server and workstation hardware configurations
· Quantity and types of workstations and peripheral
equipment
· Network software packages and versions used
· Principal users and their responsibilities
and proficiency levels
· Existing internal support approach
Server
Maintenance
Server hardware and software support. Run server utilities
and check on backup routine once a month.
Training
Provide one 2-hour class per month on-site for company
employees on how to use their computers more efficiently.
This
agreement does not include the following services:
· Programming & Website Design
· Hardware Parts and Supplies
· Alterations to the Network by Third Parties
Alterations by third parties to the network operating
system files or setup may not be covered. Third parties
being defined as individuals not under the direct employment
of the customer or PC Consultants.
· Special installations and projects - Large-scale
software or hardware installation.
Service
Hours
Services hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday-Friday not
including major holidays.
Pricing
Monthly Service Support: 14 Computers / 1 Server:
$XXXX.00.
Additional Computers added at $XX.00 per computer per
month.
Time
Period
This support contract will take effect on May 1,2002
and terminate on April 30,2003.
Payment
& Exclusions
Payment for hardware purchases is due immediately
upon receipt.
Payment
for other computer related services are due 10 days
after billing. Interest will accrue at the rate of 10%
per annum thirty (30) days after billing. Customer shall
be responsible for all collection costs associated with
past due accounts, specifically including, but not limited
to, attorney fees and court costs.
PC
Consultants of Wadsworth, Inc. is not responsible for
loss of data due to hardware or programming malfunctions
and it is the responsibility of the Customer to provide
adequate backup of data.
